'The Cloud' is the architectural baby by Dutch architects MVRDV for Seoul, Korea. The skyscraper achieves its cloud-likeness with the pixelated cluster joining the two buildings...at the hip. Just one little problem. Does this not frightfully
resemble the 9/11 World Trade Centre attacks?
